• Q: What have you learned about 3D Modeling?

A: What ive learned about 3D Modeling is the ability to move objects in 3D space. Ive learned how to combined objects and make a whole new object out of them, and ive also learned how to make a rock!!

• Q: What has been your biggest challenge in 3D?

A: The biggest callenge for me in 3D max was to stop looking at the prospective view and look at the top front and left views when creating an object.

• Q: What would you do differently if you were to do your castle model over again?

A: If i could do my castle all over again then i would be more detailed and have less sharp edges.

• Q: Was your research sketch helpful?

A: No. I understand that it can give you a guide line and ideas but when i made my sketch i made it too detailed and it would have took me twice as long if i was to really make what i drew. so i just made a basic draft of it.

New IMD project

this is what ive been doing in my IMD class. today we have learned about Rendering. As you can see with the images above this is what rendering is. it gives the 3D pic texture and a background and other such things.
